David Remick served as the Director of Corporate Relations at Greater DC Cares (www.greaterdccares.org), the DC region’s leading coordinator of volunteerism and corporate philanthropy. Mr. Remick has developed innovative and strategic corporate philanthropy programs for several businesses, including AOL, Deloitte, Fannie Mae Foundation, Freddie Mac, and Target Corporation. Between 2003 and 2006, Mr. Remick placed over 15,000 corporate volunteers at area nonprofit organizations. These volunteers provided over 90,000 hours in community service, valued at $2.4 million, according to independentsector.org.

Prior to joining Greater DC Cares, Mr. Remick served as Director of Marketing for Imagitas, Inc., a for-profit marketing services firm in Boston, Massachusetts. During his tenure at Imagitas, Mr. Remick was responsible for developing the foundation of the U.S. Postal Service's online Change-of-Address site, MoversGuide.com. He also managed and owned full product life cycle responsibility over multiple Happy Meal® consumer product-sampling events involving 38,000 McDonald's U.S. restaurants.

Additionally, Mr. Remick serves as Vice-President of the Claremont Civic Association and as a delegate to the Arlington Civic Federation. He has appeared as a panelist on National Public Radio’s The Kojo Nnamdi Show and has been quoted in Washington Business Journal and Employee Benefit News.
